A real challenge to many of my illustrations is to get the decals right. This illustration is a "hybrid" of sorts between Dale Earnhardt's original car and the restored version of his car that was sold at auction by Barrett-Jackson.

I'm really liking the direction of my Adobe Illustrator illustration of Fred Lorenzen's 1966 Ford Fairlane race car. The updated background colors are much better and the chrome has been completed. On to finishing the interior!

I completed the body, added the chrome. and began to work on some details on Fred Lorenzen's 1966 Ford Fairlane race car. I changed the background color, but I'm leaning towards a different color scheme for the background. I'm liking how this is turning out!
