I'm really liking the direction of my Adobe Illustrator illustration of Fred Lorenzen's 1966 Ford Fairlane race car. The updated background colors are much better and the chrome has been completed. On to finishing the interior!

I completed the body, added the chrome. and began to work on some details on Fred Lorenzen's 1966 Ford Fairlane race car. I changed the background color, but I'm leaning towards a different color scheme for the background. I'm liking how this is turning out!

I added most of the decals and lettering to Fred Lorenzen's 1966 Ford Fairlane race car. I had to add a background color so that the car would stand out. More on that later.

I'm coming back to this illustration of NASCAR Hall of Famer's Fred Lorenzen's 1966 Ford Fairlane race car. I had started this awhile ago, but wasn't happy with the direction of it. But I've decided to revisit it and complete it. I will complete Dan Gurney's 1967 Eagle Mk 1 Formula 1 race car soon too!

I added more detail to the engine, began to shade the rear right tire of Dan Gurney's Eagle Mk1 Formula 1 race car and started the front right tire. Easily one of the more detailed illustrations I have done in Illustrator!

I began to add some engine detail and worked on the rims and cockpit. The race car color was a challenge, but I think I pulled it off!

I updated the color on Dan Gurney's Eagle Mk1 Formula 1 race car and I added parts of the engine, cockpit, mirror and began to work on the left front wheel.
